The presentation will define terms such as disability, protected class, reasonable accommodation, and undue hardship. We will also discuss how business owners work with the Commission to make NYC more accessible.

- Government-issued ID
- W2
- Advance Child Credit letter (if applicable)
- Unemployment documents (1099G) (if applicable)
- Last year’s tax return
- Any other relevant documents and forms
One 1-hour timeslot session per person.
In order to serve all who made an appointment, we kindly ask you to please be punctual. Please allow yourself time to go through building security. If you’re running late, you may call us on the day of your appointment at 718-793-0672.
