Our Period Education Workshop in November aims to empower girls and equip them with knowledge of anatomy to better understand their bodies and feel a sense of confidence, understanding, and comfort. We welcome girls with their parents or guardians to listen to presentations from experienced youth leaders and physicians. Our workshop is meant to make girls and their parents feel comfortable and eliminate the awkward nature of asking and answering questions about this topic, which is oftentimes difficult to discuss.

Our Building Debate Skills Workshop in December welcomes girls to hone & develop their debate skills through an engaging, activity-filled workshop. Elevate your arguments, develop your stances, and feel more confident speaking out. Your voice matters!
