Thursdays 2 – 3 pm weekly by telephone conference call for free in partnership with Queensboro Council for Social Welfare.

For family members who have found themselves taking care of their aging loved ones. This group discusses caregiving issues and concerns in a supportive environment.

“Beautiful Me” Workshop:
 “Beautiful Me” is the flagship program offered by Self-Esteem Rising and presented by the Hance Family Foundation. Topics include learning how to accept compliments, developing coping methods to turn negative thoughts or qualities into positives and tools to become more independent and confident in your own abilities. 
Self-Esteem: Journaling Workshop: This is a pilot program for past Beautiful Me participants who are interested in a continuation of the Beautiful Me program.
Programs will alternate every month.
