One-hour timeslots available from 12 -4 PM
You’ll need to bring the following to your appointment:
- Government-issued ID
- W2
- Advance Child Credit letter (if applicable)
- Unemployment documents (1099G) (if applicable)
- Last year’s tax return
- Any other relevant documents and forms
One 1-hour timeslot session per person.
In order to serve all who made an appointment, we kindly ask you to please be punctual. If you’re running late, you may call us on the day of your appointment at 718-229-0020.

We’re located at 207 Totten Avenue in Fort Totten, Bayside, Queens 11359. If you’re driving, there is a public parking lot. To park inside the Fort near the building, a security guard will ask you for your name.

CWNY is pleased to participate with Artivism: The Power of Art for Social Transformation in hosting a Multi-Venue Global Exhibition, “Art for a Purpose” at our Fort Totten Park location in-person on Saturdays, May 7, 14, 21, and June 11 & 18. This multi-venue global exhibition sheds light on social issues to inspire change. Art materials will also be on hand for everyone to create their own art for a purpose. The opening reception was on May 7th from 1 – 5 PM and was sponsored by The French Workshop. See you there!
